At 28 years old, Robert found himself broke and miserable. Now he owns hundreds of rental properties.

Robert explains how self-reflecting is so crucial for growth and progress. Asking questions to yourself like: 1. What do I/we do well? 2. What don't I/we do well? 3. How can I/we do things better? The answers to those questions are critical then most importantly, taking action.

Like many Entrepreneurs, when Robert first started out he tried doing everything himself. He quickly realized that wasn't the best way and he started working on systems and checklists while removing the silly stuff from his daily chores.
