Sidhara grew up in Sri Lanka but spent her adult years in England working in full time ministry after graduating with an MSc in Occupational Psychology. She currently works at The Rocks Church as the People Development Director and also works as a Leadership Coach/ Speaker in the corporate and not-for-profit sector.Sidhara is passionate about people fulfilling their God given potential in this world and becoming all that they were created to be. Both her roles in the church and corporate world enable her to outwork this passion. She is a powerful and gifted communicator of God’s Word and loves that the Bible has the power to change lives.Sidhara is married to her husband Dev and enjoys eating, travelling the world and repeating those two things... preferably together.
In part two of our conversation today, In today’s episode, Sid dives into all things communication. How she prepares her talks, key things she focuses on in delivering her messages and how the importance of both self evaluation and team evaluation. Finally she talks quite a bit about the importance of care for her soul as a leader which is what this podcast is all about.
