Margaux Le Paih Geurin is a perfumer at boutique perfume house, Flair Paris. A team of just four perfumers with infinite niche perfume launches to their name, Flair is easily one of the best houses of our time, and Margaux is one to watch. In just a few years in the industry, Margaux has already seen several of her creations hit shelves, including 3 BORNTOSTANDOUT fragrances. We discuss valuable learnings from her time in fragrance retail (including the one perfume she always recommended to customers), a risky decision to leave a secure fragrance job, and how she has found and developed her own personal style at Flair.
