May 6, 2018 - Love Does: Love is Good News to the Poor

God’s love is different. It changes things. It’s active. It works. It risks. It fights for. God’s love does surprising and unexpected things when it gets a hold of our lives. We’re starting a new series all about what “Love Does” when it is understood and embraced by a community that follows Jesus. This Sunday we will look at several passages where God commands us to care for the poor. We’ll see practical ways to do just that! (Luke 4:16-19, 1 John 4:13, 17-18, Luke 14:13-14)
