Ninder had a dream of releasing a music record into the mainstream charts, despite his track being in a foreign language. Did he realise his vision? Hear about his remarkable journey and his many lessons learned on how to deal with digital disruption. Ninder is a serial entrepreneur who launched his own Bhangra band, record label and events company (Nachural Group). He has established the Signature Awards and the Nachural Entrepreneurship Awards. Ninder has helped many local businesses in his former role as President of the Black Country Chamber of Commerce, and has been involved in many development and strategic boards across the Black Country. He recently became one of the Queen’s representatives after becoming Deputy Lieutenant of the West Midlands.
