The island's own Heather Murdoch Curry and Jo Israelson wrote a play about Peaks Island in the 1920s including the Gem Theatre, lots of island history, and the story of two sisters trying to follow their dreams. The first 20 minutes is a narrated conversation with the writers and two members of the cast and crew about what went into producing this drama during the pandemic.
