Psalm 72:9-11May the desert tribes bow before him and his enemies lick the dust. May the kings of Tarshish and of distant shores  bring tribute to him. May the kings of Sheba and Seba  present him gifts.

May all kings bow down to him and all nations serve him.

The beginning of the fulfillment of this prophecy is physically present in the Magi coming to worship………….

Some very important questions for us to answer:

Who has the most authority in your world?  Phil.2:10-11 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow,  in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.  Could it be you with the most authority in your own life? Lk.9:23 Then he said to them all: “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me.Is Jesus the King of your life? Matt.7:22-23 Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’ 23 Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’Why should Jesus have the most authority? Phil.2:9 Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name,Does Jesus have the most say? Lk.6:46 “Why do you call me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ and do not do what I say?

The two most vital questions for us to answer:

How can I change who has the most authority in my life?… Surrender your life to Christ

Rom.6:4 We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.

How do you give Jesus authority in your life?
