Changing the way we "see" people can shift the kind of relationship we have with them. In co-parenting, this comes into play because there's always something we can be doing better to improve the relationship even if you think your co-parent is the difficult, "high conflict" co-parent.

Guest Info:
Kimberly White is an author and public speaker who focuses on how we can improve our relationships by choosing what we focus on in others. In this episode, Kimberly dives in to her first book called The Shift to illustrate her point that when we "treat people like people" great things can happen inside ourselves and to the relationship dynamic. Kimberly spent nine months of research for The Shift included dozens of hours working alongside nursing home employees in offices, showers, vans, patient rooms, kitchens, and one very creepy basement.
