Post Separation Abuse is a form of domestic violence that occurs after a couple separates from each other. During the relationship, domestic violence can be physical abuse, verbal abuse, emotional abuse, psychological abuse, sexual abuse, and financial abuse. When the relationship ends, the abuse can continue and transition to a new form of abuse referred to as "post-separation abuse."
