My guest on this episode is Angel Medina. Angel is a Mexican-American entrepreneur, coffee importer, roaster, cafe operator, and as of recently restauranteur.
He is the owner of Reforma Roasters, La Perlita, and the highly acclaimed República, all based in Portland.
Angel is a champion of Mexican history & culture and a leader in his Latinx Community. His vision to bring together BIPOC folks into one place comes to life every weekend at his La Perlita and Republica, both located in Portland's Pearl district.
