Previous Episode: Return of the Grid

The Miata is one of the most common cars out at an autocross event and dare we say one of the best to ever hit the gird. Join us as we explore the origins of the NA Miata. We will discuss its connection to British roadsters and some of the competition that ruled the land before the NA Miata hit the scene. Lastly, we dive into the many classes where the "bug-eyed sprite of the new millennium" continues to be competitive such as E Street, STR and CSP.

Special guest Rocky Entriken, the unofficial historian of Solo Nationals and the author of Solo Stats will joins us to share his stories and what its like to drive both the Triumph Spitfire and the Miata out at an autocross.

Please check out Rocky's amazing book Solo Stats. Rocky's book provides a great history of Nationals and records the names of everyone at Nationals in his autocross compendium.
