Recently, I had an experience with a couple that were selling their condo. I was working with the buyer. I always check to make sure the seller is actually moving out of the house... In my experience, we must prepare for any obstacle. I drove by the house. They weren't out of the house. They were not entirely packed and ready to go to closing. In fact, I pulled up in my Ford F150 and they were no where near packed. They started coming at my truck screaming at me as I sat in the truck in disbelief. The clown show continued...
