This week we are joined by Taylor Lifka who is an english teacher at Roma High School in Roma, Texas, and is an alumni of Teach for America. In 2020, Taylor was placed temporarily on administrative leave after she refused to take down posters in her virtual classroom that supported underrepresented students. Taylor discusses how she drew from her internal sense of purpose to support her choices when facing adversity.
