Rules of Engagement: Write down 3-5 things you’re committed to always doing or not doing (12:10)
1. Communicate one thought at a time (15:06)

3. Tell the truth (21:12)
4. Return to core values and mission as common ground (22:54)
5. Never refuse a request to see a counselor or a pastor (24:53)
