I found myself smiling the whole time while I was speaking to them recording this podcast. They are exciting, generous, articulate and absolutely passionate healers that have so much to offer the world. Simon and Lora are healers and though their own personal experiences and trauma have created a ground-breaking healing approach, called Unconditional Love Healing. They also run in partnership with Allison Petrie, who was on the show last month, Tantric Connections and the Leela Centre, a conscious community centre that offers some really wonderful offerings.

So, this episode really taught me personally how fundamentally important it is to love myself.
