Pass Your Limit podcast explores areas of growth and ways to toughen the mind from uncomfortable situations. I discuss experiences that have made me better than I was yesterday, however I seek to learn from my guests to attack tomorrow. I am an immigrant from Nigeria who has served in the Air Force, Army, Navy and with Marines. I have a Bachelors Degree in Allied Health with a minor in Chemistry, a Masters Degree in Occupational Health and Safety- Industrial Hygiene, and a Diploma in Strategic Studies from the Naval War College. I have extensive leadership training that can be applied to any situation, so the intent of this podcast is to help others and myself get better emotionally, physically and intellectually in order to win against life!
