Our family recently took separate trips for the first time. On this week’s podcast, Yashy outlines some of the great Fall activities she found while exploring Ottawa with the kids (3:22). With family friendly visits to Saunders Farm, Pink Lake, the Canadian Museum of Nature, and Pumpkinferno in Upper Canada Park, amongst others, Yashy and the kids made the most of a weekend in Canada’s capital city.
Meanwhile, Chris joined two friends for 40th birthday celebrations amidst the San Diego beer scene (32:59). The trio explored a number of the city’s neighbourhoods and got the run down on the craft beer scene with the Brew Hop brewery tour (37:36).
