Classes offered through Norton Children’s Prevention and Wellness:

Healthy Living Wellness Group -- The Healthy Living Wellness Group, led by certified health coaches, is for parents of children ages 8 to 17. This class series is aimed at supporting families on their wellness journeys through helping them reach their wellness goals in an engaging and supportive virtual group setting. This is a three-week class series. Attendees are encouraged to attend all three classes

Power up and Play -- Power Up and Play is designed to teach parents and their school-age children how to prepare healthy snacks and stay active together. Adults and kids will practice making a healthy food item and participate in an exercise activity all physical fitness levels are welcome. Children must be age 5 or older, and one parent or guardian must be present and participate with every two children registered.

Growing Cooks Cooking Workshops (ages 14 and up with parent) -- Learn fun, healthy new recipes in this interactive workshop designed to teach teens basic cooking skills, techniques and safety. Offered in three, 1-hour sessions.
