Panthers Win Second Straight Overtime Game With Another Comeback! 4-3 Over Washington

On today's edition of the Locked On FLORIDA Panthers Podcast, Armando Velez(@Mandoman12) brings in Rod Pedersen(@rodpedersen) of The Cats n' Bolts Podcast to break down the Panthers' 4-3 overtime win over the Washington Capitals. The Panthers come out giving up some odd man rushes to start the game, but settled down as the first period went on. Despite giving up a goal on a redirection off a Panthers player, the Panthers score two straight to get the Panthers the lead after 20. After giving up two straight goals(which could've been three if it were not for an offside), the Panthers buckled down defensively where they didn't give up anything on the cycle. The Panthers tie it at three in the third period thanks to Evan Rodrigues on a cross ice feed from Gustav Forsling. Panthers go into their second straight overtime game, but this one did not take long as Sam Reinhart had a step on Evgenii Kuznetszov and scores top shelf to give the Panthers the two points.
