Panthers Puck Luck Not In Their Favor in 2-1 Loss vs Nashville

On this Fairbanks Friday Edition of the Locked On FLORIDA Panthers Podcast, Nick Fairbanks(@Prudentia0) joins Armando Velez(@Mandoman12) to discuss the Panthers' 2-1 loss against the Nashville Predators on Thursday Night. The game was lost in the first period not just on the scoreboard, but the Panthers inability to get shots on goal in period number 1, Panthers were not developing a forecheck, along with plays being broken up in the neutral zone. The Panthers from the 2nd period on were controlling the game, getting the transition game going where they got on the board on an odd man rush by Ryan Lomberg and Brandon Montour. The rest of the way, Kevin Lankinen stood tall for Nashville once again, and the Panthers get swept in this season series. Armando and Nick discuss what the Panthers could do now at the March 3rd trade deadline as they now stand at 66 points through 63 games. The guys also discuss some of the moves the other contending teams made that will only make the path to the postseason a bit more difficult for the Panthers. Now it's a waiting game as the Panthers are one of 3 teams to have yet to make a deadline move(Calgary and Anaheim), so now...we wait.
