45. Meet the Red Panda! (with Terrance Fleming)

On today's show Jack is joined by Terrance Fleming, the Development Manager of the Red Panda Network! Terrance is here to introduce the wonderful world of Red Pandas! This includes an exploration of the species name, its adaptations, and its relationship with the Giant Panda! The duo also discuss how the Red Panda Network is working across the globe to raise awareness of, and secure a future for these incredible little creatures! 

Furthermore, the pair discuss Disney Pixar's 'Turning Red', how Terrance first fell in love with the Red Panda, and what inspired him to want to work with this incredible species!

What is really special about this episode is that it is the first of two dedicated to the Red Panda! While this week we are focusing on the work that goes on around the world to support the species, next week we will be back to discuss the Red Panda Network's in situ conservation efforts. Next week we will be joined by 2022 Whitley Award Winner, Sonam Tashi Lama!
