Comics / Activism: This month’s show looks at comics activism, projects that encourage and highlight activism through graphic novels and strips. Alex Fitch talks to Myfanwy Tristram about her crowdfunded anthology Draw the Line, her promotion of Finnish comics on Freedom of Information and their shared interest in raising money for Resonance FM, with info about gigs and auction items in the station fundraiser. Also, guest presenter and cartoonist Aimée de Jongh talks to comics journalist Joe Sacco about his award winning graphic novels such as Palestine and Safe Area Goražde in an interview recorded on stage at the Free University in Amsterdam.
