Before the pandemy Evan had worked in Venezuela, Colombia and Ottawa, Canada.  He shares what  it was like getting married in Colombia during the pandemy.  After working supporting remote communities in Canada for the Federal government his family moved to Washington, D.C..   Evan shares how different countries have responded and managed the crisis.  Evan has observed how the consequences of the pandemy fall disproportionality on the poor.  Dave and Evan talk about Terry Fox's Metis roots. Evan hopes the experience of the pandemy leads to a stronger concept of community and a more unified world.  Dave's fingers are crossed for a cultural renaissance and Evan is rooting for a political one.
