The program will feature our regular PANW report with dispatches on the recent passing of South African liberation icon Winnie Mandela; we look at the contributions of the "Mother of the Nation"; statements of condolence have poured from across the country; and the Citizen's Action Party of Costa Rica has won the national elections with an African woman as vice-president.
