This week on Purpose By Design we welcome Billy Joe Watts, Senior Pastor of The Rock Church in Tulsa Oklahoma. Billy Joe is also part of the John Maxwell Leadership Team which has given him a large coaching and training audience in the business community. Pastor Billy Joe is originally from St. Paul Minnesota, has been married 37 years and his favorite summer drink is a tall iced lemonade. Billy Joe shared two of his current favorite books (4:40) “The Leaders Greatest Return” by John C. Maxwell and “Today We Are Rich”, by Tim Sanders. Billy Joe’s passion is coaching, training, and mentoring people as they discover their God Given Purpose. Billy Joe gets real in this interview as he shares some of his personal experiences growing up in St. Paul, Minnesota and how his mother raised him to see “life’s reality” differently . (10:10)

He shares so much wisdom on this important topic. (28:20). Billy Joe challenges us to be mindful of our future in America, especially the next four months.. Then he wraps up the interview with an incredible “Call To Action” - To stay out of wrong narratives. Stay in the middle of the road, and choose to be peacemakers .
