Opening & ending music: Southern Love by Tencher Music

In this episode, we talk with Lindsay Wms, a long time friend of Justin's, as well as an anthropologist and grief expert. She sheds light on the multiple kinds of grief, beyond the loss of a person through death; loss of relationships, divorce, a favorite restaurant shutting down, racial grief, etc. We go in depth on what it means to open ourselves up to feeling all kinds of grief, and how we can be in community with those who are grieving. This is a very in-depth discussion, that we all got a lot of dopamine from, despite its heavy nature. We hope this can begin many more discussions about grief in all its forms and phases.

(We did have some auditory issues that Rebecca did her best to fix/edit, so this episode is noticeably late. Hopefully y'all didn't grieve the delay too much.)
