OPTIMAL NUTRITION WITHOUT COMPROMISE
DnxBar.com

Last week on the podcast you heard Tony's 2016 Ancestral Health Symposium talk, "Get Up Stand Up: A brief history of sedentarism and why movement is good medicine," and if you didn't, we encourage you to go back and check it out.

If you did, we hope it motivated you to get up out of your chair, to move around, and to start getting healthier by giving your body more of the movement nutrients that it needs. But, as passionate as we are about exercise, we know that it is only one piece of the Paleo, Ancestral health puzzle.

That's why we were so pleased to be able to attend AHS this year and to see such diversity in the talks and poster presentations which covered everything from mind-controlling microbes to adrenal fatigue, and everything in between.

We left the conference feeling informed and inspired, but also a little sad because coming home meant leaving the amazing AHS tribe of attendees, presenters, vendors, and volunteers behind.

We really can't think of a better group of people to spend a weekend with and think it's the people that really make these events so special. And to celebrate those people, we made sure to record conversations with as many of them as we could.

On Today's episode of Paleo Magazine Radio:

We share an uber ride from Denver International Airport into Boulder with AHS co-founder Aaron Blaisdell. We dive deep into conversations on the show floor. We stop by the movement sessions We even take some time to appreciate the beautiful scenery in Boulder, Colorado.
