Turtles All the Way Down by John Green. Chapter 10

This chapter is all about Aza meeting up with Daisy so Aza can show her what Davis gave to her, for them to share. While waiting on Daisy, Aza gets her dad’s phone out and goes through pictures. She thinks about the day her dad died. Keeping her dad’s phone is a way for Aza to interact with something that was a piece of her dad. In her mind, it’s interacting with a part of her dad that’s real and “alive”. Aza talks to a picture of her dad. She tells him what’s going on and that she misses him. Daisy arrives and Aza tells her to get in the car. She tells her to look under the seat. All I can say is, after that, they go to Applebee’s. Aza tells Daisy she had a conversation with Noah and feels bad for him. And she explained that he sent her his dad’s notes to her phone and what she found out from most of it.
