2oz London Dry Gin

3/4oz Dry Curacao, (Pierre Ferrand if possible)

3/4oz Lime Juice

Dash Angostura Bitters

Dash Orange Bitters

Garnish: Lime Peel

Directions:

Shake all ingredients and pour into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime peel
