8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

1. What does it mean to you that one of Jesus’ names literally means “God with Us”? How is this different from other religions and why does that matter?

2. Why is it important to know that the story of Jesus’ birth is an actual account?

3. How does the Gospel or Good News of Jesus demand a response? How is a non-response to Jesus still a response?
