A professional athlete for the last 15 years, this beautiful human is a fiery, intense, and resilient star with machine-like physical power. As a kid, after experiencing that feeling of flying through the air – and beating the boys – she was hooked by both in equal measure. An incredible long jumper and team-focused relay racer, Tianna has lived a life of highs and lows that we can all relate to.

Hear how a library of loss invoked Tianna’s self-compassion and compelled her to redefine what winning really means. Ultimately, Tianna found the practice of yoga, not only as a means of physical recovery, but as a spiritual component of her daily life.

Tianna is currently training for the Tokyo summer Olympics in 2020, as well as World Championships in 2021.
