When Entrepreneurial Anxiety Strikes (then realizing you can’t FUGG it up)

Being an entrepreneur isn’t always easy. There will be days when it feels hard, and you’re not sure if you’ve made the right decisions. I’ll admit, there have been times when this pressure has kept me up at night and I’ve absolutely experienced that entrepreneurial anxiety which I’m sure we can all relate to. 

When you’re the CEO, the buck stops with you and it’s really natural to feel like there’s no room for error. I know many people are feeling this way right now, so if this resonates, I want you to know that you honestly can’t mess it up. There is always a lesson. There is always a silver lining. 

I’m sharing with you today about some of the energies that have been floating around lately and what I’m coming up against as a coach running a multiple million dollar brand. One of the biggest challenges I face as a business owner is decision making. I talk about how this has manifested in my business and the importance of maintaining a practice to clear the energetic heaviness that can build up. 

During this season, I feel myself being called into meditation to really connect to source energy and find a sense of peace, knowing that the answers are always within me. Every challenge is here as a part of the journey. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, and in that space of entrepreneurial anxiety, I really encourage you to come back to why you started this journey in the first place. It’s okay to take a step back, admit where you might have got it wrong and know that you are safe to let go. Your mission is so much bigger than any challenge you might be facing right now.
