Perfectionism, Self-criticism & Self Judgment - Break the cycle with Visa Shanmugam

Perfectionism and self-criticism impact every part of our lives. It’s that little inner voice telling you you’re not good enough, unworthy and nobody will ever see value in you. These limiting beliefs can grow from childhood to shape how we develop as adults and how we interact with the world.

In this episode, I’m chatting about self-exploration and breaking the cycle of perfectionism, self-criticism and self-judgement with Visa Shanmugam. Visa is a self-worth coach and breath worker who helps women break free from the thoughts and feelings that are keeping them chained.

Visa openly shares her past traumas that led to her emotional development as an adult. She was carrying around so much shame, but through sharing with others, she could let it go and help others. 

Breathwork has the incredible power to release trauma from your body. Visa shares her expertise in using this practice to release the stress and anxiety from your day. She’ll run us through an exercise you can use again and again to centre and bring yourself back to the moment.
