Hypnotherapy - Behind the scenes of my experience with hypnotherapist Tricia Fishbune

If you have been following me for a little while, you’ll know that a couple of months back I decided to try hypnotherapy. I found it to be such a divine energy shifter for me and it is safe to say that I am hooked! 

Even though I came to the experience extremely open, I was still skeptical as to how effective it could be, and had a lot of misconceptions as to how a session actually works. 

Today on the podcast, I’d like to introduce you to my hypnotherapist, Tricia Fishbune who has done some incredible work helping me heal subconscious thought patterns and behaviours that have made such a huge difference in the way I run my business and look at my life.

Tricia started out in a career as a sports journalist with incredible success, but at the age of 25 she moved back in with her parents looking for her higher purpose. Her self-worth was at an all-time low and Tricia dived deep into the world of self-development. She wasn’t sure where it was going to lead her, but the passion was there. 

The more Tricia learned about hypnotherapy, the more she felt connected and called to do this work and in 2019, she received her Life Coaching certification from The Life Purpose Institute and her Hypnotherapy certification from the Grace Space Hypnotherapy School in 2020.
