I hope you had an amazing start to the new year. In this episode, I wanted to share with you how I am charging up my manifestations this year using the energy of flow science. I've been studying the psychology of flow and peak performance, and it's been fascinating to learn how our brain works in relation to setting and achieving goals.
Manifestation is all about the belief that our thoughts and beliefs influence our reality. And the science side of things tells us that our brain has the ability to change and adapt through neuroplasticity. So, by engaging in positive visualization and training our minds to believe that our goals have already been achieved, we can actually manifest them faster.
I shared a quick practice that you can try, where you write down a promise to yourself for the year and then visualize the energy of achieving a specific goal. By immersing yourself in the feeling of already having achieved it, you can activate your neural pathways and train your brain for success.
