Unprecedented: the overused word of 2020

The media loves superlatives but none more so than the term ‘unprecedented’. But we think the use of this word is quite justified when you consider everything that’s happened in 2020! Can we ever get back to just plain old ‘precedented times’ when more things occurred within the usual parameters we have come to expect?
