You have probably noticed that we LOVE a good old chat about the news, pop culture, what’s happening in our own worlds and how we feel about it all. In this weekly mini series that we’re calling, Off The Cuff, we bring you the top bits of news and life learnings that have caught our attention. Some good, some bad, some downright emotional.

Enjoy!

This week:

Alana and Laura are talking about the toll of the depressing news cycle on our mental health and how we can stay well, while also sharing their thoughts on this year’s International Women’s Day, or ‘feminst Christmas’ as it’s known by some. We shine a light on some companies and initiatives that are actually making positive change for women and not just paying lip service to advancing gender equality.
