35: Organizing & Automating Your Business

There's so much you need to do in your business but there is only so many hours in the day. This typically forces you to make some choices of what to do and what to let go, which can cause long term problems and lead to a bad experience for potential new customers and existing clients alike. 

The way to create more space in your day (and life), as well as improve the efficiency of how things work in your business AND deliver a better experience for people, is become more organized and utilize technology to automate some of the processes.
