The coolest job…

Gretchen Peters, Nashville based singer/songwriter has written for the likes of Shania Twain, Martina McBride, Bryan Adams, Neil Diamond and Trisha Yearwood.

Yeah. Read that again. We were taken aback as well. Barry and Matt were honoured to sit down and have a lengthly chat with Gretchen about an absolute myriad of topics. Having her music interpreted in ways she doesn’t agree with, writing as a collaborative effort and dealing with artistic personalities and her political views being on the forefront are all touched on.

Gretchen talks about being an accomplished performer and the differences between writing music for someone else vs. writing for yourself.

Its a wonderful insight into a world that not many get to experience.

Crazy Stories talks Sunflowers and lattes that will clean AND satisfy cravings.

A Pause for Thought talks one ring to rule them all, one ring to find them, one ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them.

In My Life is all about buying spandex. Honestly. That’s what its about.

All that and much more.

Songs that people fall in love to. Gretchen writes those.

Sooo cool…
