Starting with this edition of the Trans Sporter Room, we closely examine a critical piece of the issue of transgender inclusion in sport too often ignored: The people most affected and how they navigate the intersection of transness and sport.

Karleigh sits down with E Kerr, an aspiring softball pitcher at the University of Scranton (Pa.), until they reached a crossroads. Kerr is trans and non-binary and earlier this year had to make a choice, continue to play or start masculinizing hormones, which would make the ineligible under NCAA regulations in their sport.
In the grapple, Kerr choose their next step forward, but didn't leave sport behind and they talked about their struggle, their story and their successes and how this can change a paradigm
