Adam Roberts of Born Free joins us again for an in depth look at the state of the world of wildlife and conservation in the 50 years since Elsa the Lion, and the death of a lion named Cecil rocked the world, to the most important conference, CoP17 in S. Africa that decides the fate and future of many species. We go through the intricacies and import of CITES Conference of Parties works (CoP), up to one of the biggest events coming this month in Kenya, the burning of 120,000 tons of Ivory and rhino horn, in their third public commitment to the world render ivory valueless and stop the war on wildlife.
