Sammy gets called to testify as a witness for Fat Sally; a man who wanted to kill him. Although it's a big risk to take, sticking to the truth is the key component in Sammy's testimony.

Sammy gives a detailed history of who exactly Bobby Boriello was and how he became to be John Gotti's #1 body guard. Later on, when Sammy and John were in prison together, they get word that Bobby Boriello was killed outside of his home and they need to know who did it.

Nicky Scarfo asks John Gotti for permission to hit the former boss of the Philadelphia crime family, John Stanfa. As the situation plays out, John gains respect for Sammy and his strong relationship with Nicky.
