In this episode, I am joined by Rachel Gibbs to discuss the healthcare provision in Northern Ireland prison service. Rachel has an Occupational Therapy background but is now in a senior leadership position. She discusses how she has used her leadership position to improve the prison healthcare system especially in relation to increase in allied health professionals. Rachel also share her thoughts on the role and impact Occupational Therapy can have in prison.
