Michaele Tocco is a Professional Organizer based in Michigan and the Founder of Michaele’s Precise Planning, a full-service organizational company. Michaele’s obsession for everything being neat and orderly, started when she was a little girl and continued into her adult years where she enjoyed a successful career in banking for 17 years working in organizational and management positions.
In 2014, Michaele began organizing and planning in her spare time for friends, family, and colleagues who felt overwhelmed in their spaces. Michaele quickly recognized that eliminating the physical clutter can also eliminate the mental clutter. Michaele takes great pleasure in helping those who are overwhelmed to reclaim their time and space with easy-to-maintain systems. She believes that having a clean, organized space creates a more happy, vibrant life.
With the shift in 2020 from working in the office to working from her home, Michaele saw this as an opportunity to start the business she’d always dreamed of. Leaving the corporate world behind, Michaele’s Precise Planning was born! Since the start of her business, Michaele has helped countless families and businesses create functional systems that bring peace. Capturing the attention of the AspireTV network, Michaele was offered the opportunity to share her love of organizing with the world.
