Fear is something that all of us have to deal with. Yet, too many men allow their fears to cripple them from what otherwise could be an incredibly meaningful life. Today, I’m joined by former Navy SEAL, Eddie Penney to talk about why fear drives too many of our life decisions.

We discuss hitting rock bottom and crawling out, the compound effect of small and simple tasks that lead to big results, the distinction between “fault” and “responsibility,” the power of therapy, overcoming means of sedation, and living life unafraid.
