Welcome to another installment of the interview podcast at London’s Orbital Comics. This time, we are In Orbit of Umbrella Academy with actor Cameron Britton, who joined the series following his breakout Emmy-nominated performance as serial killer Edmund Kemper in Mindhunter.

Liz and Paul spoke to Cameron about his role as one half of a duo of time-travelling assassins known as Hazel and Cha-Cha. They discuss his influences in portraying Hazel, what it was like partnering with musical superstar Mary J. Blige as Cha-Cha, the repercussions of time travel and more!

The Umbrella Academy is a Netflix Original series based on the Eisner Award-winning comic book by Gerard Way and Gabriel Bá. It revolves around a dysfunctional family of superheroes, who part ways after a tragedy only to be reunited again by the death of their father.

You can watch the series on Netflix right now and you can check out more of Cameron Britton’s work by watching the first series of Mindhunter, also available on Netflix. You can also follow Cameron on Twitter.
