With three decades of sharing my gifts with people and helping them become happier, the biggest realization is this: no one should care more about your joy than you do.

✔️My joy for the month of May was to go get my hair straightened. I've got that flip thing going on now, and I'm loving it!✨ I don't do this often, but it brings me happy vibes. What little or big thing can you do today to help you show up in the world with energy and delight?
