Welcome back to Open House, the podcast all about having difficult conversations! This week we're speaking to the luminous Char Bailey. Char is an NLP practitioner, personal performance coach and an education and inclusion officer for UK Black Pride. She's a truly wonderful human and we're very proud to have her on the show. Char talks beautifully about her experiences as an Autistic, Black, Indian Lesbian and her commitment to lifting up those in the queer community who aren't in the position to safely be who they are. She speaks about the importance of setting boundaries as a neurodiverse person and says that, when social media becomes an overwhelming space, she can always rely on "real life likes" from the people in her real life life.
