On this episode of the Ones Ready podcast, the team sits down with current CMSgt Mike "CRAPs" Macias. Chief Macias is an active duty TACP who has time as a conventional TACP, but more time as a SOF TACP. He graduated the USAF Weapons School, instructed at the USAF Weapons School, and now works at Headquarters Air Force working on the future of the TACP career field. Chief Macias specifically works on 8-20 year plans for TACP, so much of what he's doing is in concept, but directed towards near peer strategic conflict.
