She is a graduate of LaGuardia Highschool of Performing Arts (drama), holds a B.S. in African Centered Education and Performing Arts and an M.A. in Dance Education (NYU). She has taught and performed thought provoking, culture shifting works at venues from the New Victory Theater on Broadway to the World Famous Apollo Theater. Internationally, she has taught, lectured and performed in Nigeria, the West Indies and the Philippines.
